COVID-19, Flu and "Catch Up" Vaccination Clinic Thursday 1/26 from 3-6 PM at NHS Cafeteria (Enter at the rear of the building through door 14) *PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR CATCH UP VACCINES. CLICK THE HEADLINE TO REGISTER. "Catch Up" Vaccines: *For those students whose immunization status is incomplete we are offering a "catch up clinic" for MMR, Tdap and menACWY vaccines. *Students must be at least three years old to participate. *Due to the cost of these vaccines it is required that students have insurance, MassHealth or other. *Students and families with questions, please reach out to your school nurse or contact Nurse Leader Jill Driscoll at 781-440-5843 or jdriscoll@norwood.k12.ma.us *Next Clinic will be Thursday, February 16th.
