(SA) How to Register
Please note that our Summer Academy will run for a total of 19 days: Monday through Thursday, from July 8th through Wednesday August 7th at noon. 8:30 am to noon each day. No Summer School on Fridays.
In order to register for a Summer Academy course, you must complete the 3 forms that can be downloaded via the link below. These 3 forms are: 1) Our Summer Academy Registration form, 2) Medical Form A, and 3) Medical Form B (all three forms are in the single Word document available in the next sentence). Please note that Middle and High School students must present a valid picture ID from the school they attended this year, at the time of registration, in order to register for our Academic Academy. Mail-in registrations must contain a photocopy of the student’s picture ID from the school they are currently attending. For academic courses, Norwood students must satisfy our district’s eligibility requirements. Middle and High School students should check with their guidance counselor before registering for any Summer Academy courses. No refunds will be given after Friday July 5th, 2013 at Noon.
Walk-in registration will take place in Room 202 at the COAKLEY MIDDLE SCHOOL, at the dates and times listed below:
Tuesday July 2nd, Wednesday July 3rd, Friday July 5th, 10am to Noon.
Mail-in registrations will be accepted up until Tuesday July 2nd at noon. All mail-in registrations must be postmarked before 11:59 pm on Sunday June 30th in order to reach us before the deadline.
Full payment is required at the time of registration.
