Norwood High School is a partnership of students, parents, guardians, staff, and community. Our mission is to encourage students to become independent thinkers who value learning and pursue excellence in the four A's: Academics, Arts, Athletics, and Activities. We provide a safe and supportive environment where students learn to respect themselves, their community, and the diverse world in which we live.

Applications are available in the guidance office for the 2012 Bay State Games Future Leaders Scholarship which awards six $2,000 scholarships to Bay State Games participants currently in grade 11.  The entry deadline is June 6, 201

There is a very brief meeting today immediately after school in room 329 for any boy interested in playing summer basketball.   Please see Coach Cormier if you cannot make the meeting."

Any senior who misses their CPR exam must take it during the scheduled Health final session.  This is not only for your certification, but your term grade.  See Mrs. Shachoy or Mrs. Keegan with any questions

There will be a mandatory Student Council meeting Thursday in 327.  Thursday not Wednesday!  All members wishing to run for class office must attend.  This is a very important meeting!

The last Friendship Club Social Hour will be held Thursday after school in the Dining Hall.  There will be Zumba with Mrs. Harvey from 2:30 to 2:45 and then there will be a pizza party.  All staff and students are welcome.
