The Oldham Community Outreach Program
The Oldham Community Outreach Program
The goal of our Community Outreach program is to teach our children that small acts of kindness and generosity can have a HUGE impact on less fortunate people in our community.
We have five scheduled programs for the school year. Here are the programs and the general schedule.
- Mid-October, 2011, Art supply drive
- Early-November, 2011, Thanksgiving food drive
- Early January, 2012, Hat and mitten drive
- March 2012, TBD
- Late May, 2012, Birthday bag drive
We also have one ongoing program, the Aluminum Pull-Tab Collection/Recycling Program for the Shriners Burns Hospital-Boston.
We will be sending a few reminders throughout the year, but you can send in your pull-tabs at anytime and place them in the container in the front lobby. If you have any questions about this program, please contact Lisa Drenkhahn.
If you have any questions about the Oldham Community Outreach Programs, please contact Kim Beaudet or Janice Hall.
Thank you for all your support!
