Reading enhances your child's reading readiness skills, and expands his vocabulary. Help your child to develop his imagination and creative thinking by providing him with rich reading resources at home.  Read to your child every day, and be sure to model positive literacy behaviors by reading the newspaper, magazines, and books in front of your child.
