Welcome to Fourth Grade

Dear Fourth Grader,

 

Congratulations! Welcome to Fourth Grade!! I am looking forward to being your teacher. We will be learning many new things and perfecting our reading and writing skills. You will be presenting a state report. We will read many interesting books and master using the four operations to solve problems.

 

Here is a list of supplies that each student will need for September:

1. Glue sticks

2. Safety scissors

3. Pencils with erasers (Lots!)

4. Red pen (No “clicky” pens, please!)

5. A small, soft-sided pencil case (Please do not send big pencil cases because there is very little extra room in the desks.)

6. Earbuds/headphones with a “straight jack”

7. A 12 inch ruler with both inches and centimeters 

** Please do not send in 3 ring binders**

 

If each student could bring in a roll of paper towels, five containers of disinfecting wipes, a box of tissues, a box of large Ziplock bags, and a bottle of hand sanitizer (with a pump) it would be greatly appreciated. We also accept outdoor recess equipment donations (kickballs, soccer balls, footballs, basketballs, etc.).
