Great Advice to the new principal!
Abigail and Mateo advised Mrs. Brown to try to remember everyone's name. They encouraged the new principal by letting her know that Mr. Griffin was able to do this so she could too!
Elizabeth M., Heather and Lillie love all of the PTA events and hope that they would continue! In addition, they suggested that Mrs. Brown go into each class at the beginning of the day to say "Good Morning".
Amanda and Angelo would like to see a Multicultural Night at the Callahan to try different foods and learn about different customs and games.
Kayla would like to see a playground added for use at recess and hall monitors to make sure kids don't run, jump, and scream in the hallways.
Lucas would like to see homework passes from his grade 5 teachers and compliments to students from Mrs. Brown. He also wanted Mrs. Brown to be aware of all of the safety drills so students would be prepared in case of an emergency.
Tyler was hoping Mrs. Brown would attend one of his football games. He loves the PTA events and hopes that they will continue.
Anna, Kaylin and Emma love the special events that happen at the Callahan and hope that these will continue. They advised Mrs. Brown that the school can get loud and that this was not something to worry about.
Elizabeth G., Issac and Drew (along with every other current 5th grader) would LOVE to have GAGA Ball at recess. They also want the 5th grade plaques to be put on the wall each year!
Joey would like a few extra minutes at recess time and would love for the principal to come to each class with a riddle or joke.
Kaiden, Leila and Lizzy want to make sure that we continue to have assemblies and a field day.
Brian wanted to have announcements read each morning so that students would know the weather and other important information.
