Below you will find information and forms for health and dental insurance plans.
If you have any questions regarding enrolling or changing your insurance plans, please contact Rosemarie Meehan at 781-762-1240, or email her at hr@norwoodma.gov. If enrolling in one of our medical family plans for the first time, please send a copy of your marriage certificate and any children(s) birth certificates with the enrollment forms.
Open Enrollment
FY2027 Open Enrollment for benefit-eligible employees will begin on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 and continue through Friday, May 1, 2026. During this period, you may enroll in, change, or cancel your health, dental, vision and flexible spending accounts.
Effective Date: All Changes made during Open Enrollment will become effective July 1, 2026.
Action Needed: If you are satisfied with your current benefit elections and do not wish to make any changes, no action is required.

If a member has started treatment prior to the effective date of the new High Plan we would prorate the orthodontic benefits. We would need the following information from the dental office: Total Case Fee of the Orthodontic; Type of Orthodontic Treatment; Date of Banding; Months of Treatment.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
- FSA Enrollment is not automatically renewed year over year.
- Employees currently enrolled who wish to continue participation must re-enroll for the new year’s plan. See the link below for instructions on using the online portal
- FSA Open Enrollment Information

- Contribution limits
- Healthcare FSA maximum: $3,400
- Dependent Care FSA maximum: $7,500 — increased from last year
- Rollover Information
- The rollover limit has increased to $680
- Rollovers are allowed only if you re-enroll for the new plan year
