Cooperative Teaching

This program has been a richly rewarding and successful experience for both Norwood High School students who participate and the elementary teachers who commit themselves to the process. This program is for Norwood High School seniors who are planning to major in some aspect of education in college or those who wish to experience working with children at the elementary level in an educational setting. The time schedule is one third-minute period per week for four (4) weeks. The students will observe, assist, and during the final week, where appropriate, actually teach a lesson.
