NHS Principal's Update for April 2016

NHS Principal's Update for April 2016

Hello Mustang families,

April’s warm weather is upon us, and we can almost imagine the warm Cape Cod sand in between our toes, right? Although the weather outside is perplexing, the activities are heating up here at the school. The third academic quarter closes on April 7th, and third quarter grades can be viewed on iPass on Thursday April 14th.

Here are some other important events coming up at Norwood High School

April 6th – 1:00 pm dismissal

Prom and Senior Contract Parent Information Sessions – April 12th @5:30pm & April 14th @ 8:00am

Parents of any student attending the Norwood High School prom on Friday May 20th must attend one of the information sessions for parents about the senior contract and prom safety.  This includes parents of guests from other schools. Parents that are unable to attend either scheduled session should contact senior dean Rich Cormier at rcormier@norwood.k12.ma.us to make alternate arrangements.

Students will not be allowed to purchase prom tickets until their contracts are signed by a parent and turned in to Mr. Cormier. We are all focused on student safety, and as a community, we can help ensure the welfare of all of our students.
