1. How will you get to your destination?
   • Choose a travel method, car, plane or train.
   • How much does it cost?
   • If you are driving, be sure to include the cost of gas.
   • If you fly or take a train, will you lease a car?
2. Where will you stay?
   • Find a place to stay.
   • How much does it cost each night?
   • Read any reviews about your accomodations.
   • What extras do you get with each room?
3. Use Excel to create a budget of your costs.
