The Norwood School Committee has begun looking at the school calendar for next year. Two options are being considered. One option in which students would start the Wednesday and Thursday before Labor Day, and the other in which school would begin for students after Labor Day. Please note that on Friday, August 30th, schools would be closed to provide a long holiday weekend. With the draft that has an earlier start day for students, the last (180th) day would be Friday, June 13th. The second option with students beginning after Labor Day would result in a last day of Tuesday, June 17, 2024. The School Committee intends to revisit and decide at our March 20th meeting.
