Multilingual Family Fair

The Norwood Public Schools will be holding it's 2nd Annual Multilingual Family Fair on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 from 6:00-7:30 PM at the Coakley Middle School. The event will feature information from various Norwood organizations and give families the opportunity to connect with each other.

Hybrid Meeting. Public can access the meeting in person at the Cleveland Elementary School. NCM will record the Public Forum and it will be broadcast at a later date. For the cable channel guide, please visit: https://norwoodcommunitymedia.org . Public participation for the public comment period can be accessed in two ways: (1) In person at the meeting (sign up in advance through Superintendent’s Office by noon the day of the meeting to pre-register, or sign in at the meeting); and (2) Call the Superintendent’s Office at 781-762-6804 by noon on the day of the meeting to register and receive a meeting link that will be accessible for public comment only.

Norwood Public Schools Superintendent Tim Luff has released a video update welcoming the community back for the new school year as well as providing updates for the Elementary Study Project.   Click on the headline to watch the message.

You need a PIN to use the Summer EBT card. To add a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to your Summer EBT card, call the number on the back of the card (1-800-997-2555) and follow the prompts. You will need your case number (which begins with the numbers 8 and 0) from the approval notice from DTA and the birthday of the person whose name is on the approval notice from DTA. For students in foster care, you need the student's birthday. If you do not have the notice with your case number, call the Summer EBT hotline to get it: 855-425-8770.

Bus Registration is now open for the 2024-2025 school year. Bus registration is first-come, first-served. The only guaranteed bus seating is for those students in grades K-6 who live over 2 miles from their assigned school. Registration is online only on the norwood transportation website and can be reached by clicking on the headline.
