This is a free, confidential mental health outpatient referral service for children, adults, and families. Students grade 6-12 will be taking the Metro West Health Behavior Survey to gain data on risky behaviors, bullying, safety, nutrition, exercise, mental health. NHS will take the survey on October 23, CMS will take the survey on October 24. Please reach out to Tara Noyes at email@example.com with any questions about the survey.
