INTRAMURAL SPORTS:

Current sport at Coakley Middle School:

Grade 5 Running Club run by Connor O'Sullivan - Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:40 - 4:15 PM - 12 sessions 9/15/25 to 10/27/25.

Grade 5 Girls on the Run - Julia Ficco - Mondays and Wednesdays - Meet at Room 140 - Picked up 4:30 PM at the drop off loop.

Volleyball - 5th and 6th Grade - Mike Gearty - Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:30 - 4:15 PM.

     Session 1:  September 15 - October 27 - 1st 35 who registered.

     Session 2:  November 3 - December 15 - Remainder of students who registered.

Tennis - CANCELLED - First 20 students who registered able to play:  Open to All Grades and is run by varsity boys and girls high school coaches on Tuesdays and Thursdays 3:30 - 4:15 PM starting 9/16/25 - 10/23/25.

Basketball - Runs                                                                           - 3:30 PM - 4:10 PM.  Cost:  $45.00.

Jujitsu - Mixed Martial Arts - Self Defense -  Jeff Powers          -  3:30 PM - 4:10 PM - Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning  10/28/25 to 12/4/25 - Cost $45.00.

School Council - Virtual Meeting - 2nd Wednesday of the month.

Student Council - Mrs. Thomason and Mrs. Bayiates - Wednesdays - in the Library from 3:20 to 4:00 PM beginning October 15th.

Yearbook Club - Grade 8 Only - Mrs. Arone and Ms. Levitt - Meets in Room 364 every other Wednesday.  First meeting October 1st.

Drama Club - Mr. Little  - Black Box Theater - Grades 5 and 6 Only - First Meeting Thursday, September 25 after school.

Art Club - Ms. Swanson and Ms. Walsh - Wednesdays - beginning September 24th.  Sign up at the Art Rooms.                     

Book Club - Ms. Conway - Meets every Wednesday at 3:30 PM beginning September 17, Grades 5-8 - in Room 254.

Honor Choir -  Meets on Wednesdays in the Choir Room 122 beginning September 17.                                              

Jazz Band -  Meets on Thursdays from 3:30 - 5:00 in the CMS Auditorium.          

Video Production Club - Mr. Sleeman - Meets Monday through Friday - 11:25 AM - 12:15 PM - in the Media Center began 10/1/25.
