LGBTQ Resources
Norwood High School wants to make sure ALL students can feel safe and welcome in our school community. The LGBTQ (Lesbian, Gay, Bi-Sexual, Transgender, & Queer/Questioning) is a population of students who often feel vulnerable to bullying, criticism, and emotional challenges. Our school counseling staff vows to help ensure that ALL students, regardless of sexual/gender identity, will feel good coming to NHS each day.
There are many resources available to the LGBTQ community online. Here is one that we especially liked: http://www.onlineschools.org/lgbtq-student-guide/
If a student or parent/guardian has any questions, please see your school counselor.
