Scholarships are available online (www.fastweb.com and www.scholarships.com) and in Guidance! Seniors should check in regularly to see if they are eligible for scholarships. Please check our Senior Scholarships link.

Juniors

All juniors will take the PSAT (practice SAT) on Wednesday, October 10, 2018. Results will be shared with students once scores are received.

Junior Career Day - Date TBD. Juniors will have the opportunity to attend three, career-based seminars!

College Fair/Post Secondary Fair @ Norwood High School - Wednesday, May 15, 2019 2:15-3:15pm in the Dining Hall.

Freshmen/Sophomores

Please check out this presentation on early preparation for the college and career planning process: Early College Readiness Powerpoint

All freshmen and sophomores will meet with guidance counselors in a seminar-style format. Students will be introduced to the post-secondary planning process. In addition, Mr. Mobley, our career counselor, will administer career interest inventories and offer insight into the cost of living, labor trends, etc.

All sophomores will take the PSAT (practice SAT) on Wednesday, October 10, 2018. Results will be shared with students once scores are received.

Course scheduling for 2019-2020 will held in February, 2019. Students will meet individually with guidance counselors to review courses for the following academic year. Parents/guardians are requested to speak with their students about their proposed courses and course levels.
