Esophageal Cancer   Esophageal cancer affects the esophagus, the long, hollow tube that moves food from the mouth to the stomach. There are two types of esophageal cancer, squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma, which are discussed on this site from the American Medical Association. The Oral Cancer Foundation   Oral cancers develop in the head and neck area, including throat cancer, mouth cancer, tongue cancer, and tonsil cancer.
